Anyone know how to remove this piece?

Does anyone know how to remove this piece? I would like to take it off to paint. Or does anyone know the name of it so I can order a new one? I also have a chrome piece on the running boards I would like to remove to paint. I already plastidipped them but it is not holding up to the traffic and rocks. Sorry the pic is small.

Yep - you need to take off the whole side skirt. This strip is held in place by blue clips. Regardless it is easy to get it off the truck. Some bolts underneath and screws inside where the doors open.
