Anyone know of a CONSTANT hot 12v wire near the glove box?

Probably not what you want to hear. But why not just break down and install something like the Painless Fuse Box or similar?

That way, you won't be hacking into the existing wiring at all.
You know you'll be wanting those extra circuits for stuff like: Under Hood LED, NAV Nanny Bypass, Hella Horns, Baja Lights, Winch, Air Compressor, etc.

I'll probably just tap into the battery..... My 4r does not have an outlet in the glove box as most do... I am adding one for one specific reason..... To hide and charge my phone lol

Its a pre-wired Fuse Box. You can get a kit HERE which includes a Main Fuse, Accessory Relay, and 7 circuits, with approx. 10 feet of wire for each. The one in the link has 3 "constant hot" & 4 "accessory controlled" circuits, up to 15 amps each. There have been a few folks here that installed them besides myself.

Pretty "Painless"...

I put one in to my center console under the armrest, but just tapped into one of the factory outlets because I didn't need always on.

There are "Blank" covers over the holes for the 12v outlet and USB output..... Thanks for the link but I actually bought and OEM socket and flip cover from my dealership.... I just wanted the one I'm adding to match the other OEM flip covers .... It cost a little more but I'm weird like that lol...
