*** UPDATE *** DMZ Fabrication & Racing Installed Tabs
Went with the referral from Pat @ Total Chaos and went to DMZ Fabrication & Racing in Norco. Tim Duncan and team @ DMZ were great, are passionate about offroad, and focus on quality first...not to mention they are great guys and take time to explain things!
Tim also mentioned that they also do a lot of work for Icon, Total Chaos, etc... and can get great prices on just about everything suspension related. They tend to focus on very serious offroad rigs - $20-30K in mods/work for your standard Taco but welcome referrals as they don't advertise. A testimony to the experience is that while hanging out, another customer showed up to pick up his customized truck and was so happy he shook my hand leaving with a wide grin across his face.
Basically to do this mod/fix requires taking most everything off your front suspension or getting it out of the way, removing the old tabs, cleaning everything up, welding new tabs, and putting everything back together. They took the wheels, brakes, disc rotor, lower control arm, camber/caster bolts and knuckle to connect to UCA off the truck or moved out of the way. Quite a bit of labor - if you do this mod you should also consider other parts like new rotors since there really no added labor...technically you could almost do most of the front suspension too!

Anyway - can't say enough about the time they took to make sure everything was done right...constantly going back to grind or adjust the brackets to get them exactly right. I spent the whole time with them watching and can vouch they were worth the effort and cost! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
