Anyone running 285/75/17 - ? Picture/info request

Anyone running 285/ 75 /17 its about a 33.8 tall by 11.26 tire and slightly narrower then a 285/70 32.7 and 11.5 . If anyone is running this could you post some pics and what you did to clear them?

search and google yielded limited results from many years ago, so im looking for newer results.

I wish I could say that I was running them already. I'm pretty sure this is the size I'm going with next time around.

I am...but sadly haven't got a pic yet and am out of town for the week.

I had 285/70/17 KOs that I got about half used (old ones, not KO2s). Got all trimming of fender liners, body mount chop, and some rear fender flare trimming done and all was good. Brand new 285/75/17 ST MAXX's are rubbing on the reg...but nothing a couple turns of the coilover and a bit more trimming won't fix.

Icon Stage 2, 1.5" body lift. My front Icons are set a bit low I think (hence the cranking of the coil over comment) and my rear springs are going to get replaced with something to handle my rear bumper set up now.

I imagine you'll have limited trimming to do with your current setup.

I'm running 285/70r17 Nitto Terra G2's on 17x9 -12mm level 8 wheels. 3/2 toyotec ultimate lift kit.
No trimming, just pushed the fender liners forward and zip tied.

Does anyone know if 285/75/17 will fit on FJ 8 hole wheels without wheel spacers to clear upper control arms? specifically JBA UCA's.

A buddy with an FJ has 285/70/17 which are actually marginally wider and they fit with his stock uca's barely.. but thats on fj.

That's a very good, neutral tire size to run. Many different brand options! This photo was taken back when I ran that tire size with BFG AT KO2's.
