Anyone running Bilstein 5160?

Has anyone ran these shocks instead of the standard 5100? How do these compare to the 5100s or even to icons piggyback shock?

I take that back....Its been cold here, -35c most of the week. I ran out to the grocery store and back last night, and in the course of doing so I went through a small snow drift in the parking lot while doing about 35km\h, which produced a small 'bump', but no more than what would be encountered by hitting a speed bump at the same speed. On the way home, there was a thumping noise coming from the rear passenger side. I hopped out to have a look, but didn't immediately see anything. Upon further investigation this morning in the light of day, I discovered that I sheered the mounting bolt right off the top of the shock body where it passes through the frame rail. Not sure if the cold was a factor, but I'll be sending the unit into Bilstein for a warranty claim just as soon as I can get it off the truck. fml :frusty:

I'm planning on ordering them for the rear this week. Icon is probably better but their products are too rich for my blood. I plan on getting Bilstein 5100's up front and I want both the front and rear to match brand wise. I've been running Bistein shocks/struts on pretty much all of my vehicles since '95-'96 and I've never had an issue. I'll let you know how they are once I get them on. Should be soon.
