I just ordered the chrome LEDs for my LE.
One thing I am not sure about is the color. What is the advantage of putting a Lamin-X yellow film on it over leaving it stock?
Where I live we really don't get much in the way of fog but we can yet white out conditions with driving snow. In this case, does the yellow add definition to the road in the white-out conditions?

I just received the chrome oem fogs in the mail. Hopefully I’ll have time this weekend to do the install.

If you buy the kit you will get the made in China lights, if you buy them individually you can still get the made in Japan version.
I just got them and they say made in Japan on them. This version is a bit more expensive, I think I paid $170 on ebay.

No not yet. They're still sitting in a box. I got my XenonDepot HIDs (low) and LED (high with DRL) in first. But we've been full of snow and the car is mucky so I haven't ventured into the wheel well yet to install. I've also got a vacation coming up so it's going to be April before I get to it at this rate.

Just Installed Mine
Bought mine off of Amazon (made in China black housing ones) and just installed today. Passenger side was a little annoying to get the plastic cover off but overall not too bad.
The photo looks like the OEM halogen is brighter but the beam pattern looks a little better with the LED. I still need to drive it at night to see and compare a bit.
Now I just need my raptor lights!!

Liking that they match my Xenon Depot LED low beams and high beams with DRL now. :thumb3:

I don't recall, but the quality and performance was excellent.
i bought the black but they look identical to the chrome housing on the TRD pro. FYI looks like the SE and Limited highlanders come stock with these black ones.
if you look at the other thread with the tundra led fog lights, i think there was a couple guys who did it. Here is mine with cheap Hikari Led low's

Installed the Black housing PT41342191 LED fogs today - Replaced the passenger side first - the passenger side took a while to switchover due to the splash shield and bezel. Driver side was very easy to replace as the foglight is easily accessible from behind the fender liner.
