Sorry. I misread your post. I thought you were saying almost all rads would fail at 10 or 12 years in non-specific ways. I would have put a cooler in long ago if I had a slushbox.
My point is that, other than the one fail point in the ATF cooler, I think these rads will go quite a bit longer if there was good coolant maintenance from Day 1. If you have a manual or have bypassed the ATF cooler in the rad, there is no need for a preventive change on a well-performing rad with good maintenance. Spend that money on ball joints.

That's strange... I ordered one up via that same link and ended up with a Lynol radiator. Anyone know if the Lynol radiators are the same or similar quality to TYC/Koyo?

Heh, you caught me. Last change, at 120K, I switched to Zerex Asian from NAPA. Up until then, I got Toyota Red from the stealer.
