Anyway to have remote unlock all doors 1 push?

Glad you 5th gen guys got it. I posted this sometime back for us 4th gen guys and no luck. You still have to press the button 2 times for it to unlock all doors.......very annoying (along with the navagation screen being the defalt screen whenever you go in and out of reverse or make a phone call, also very annoying, even more so then the unlock non option)

Could any Limited owners get the smart key to roll the back window up and down by pressing the lock or unlock button for one second like the video says?

When I tried it, all of the windows and the roof opened.

I tried all these and mine still doesnt unlock all or raise/lower the windows.

I held all 3 buttons down and tried each time, held the lock and panic button down (which changed something too) and couldnt figure out what it did either..

I took mine to the dealership today and they reprogrammed it for free. Now when I press the unlock for a couple of seconds the windows roll down.

The back still doesn't roll down. I guess I miss my '03 feature where you could roll down the back window with the remote.

Took mine to the stealer a while back and they programmed mine to roll down all of the windows and the sunroof. They also programmed it to roll up the windows and close the sunroof when you insert key into the drivers door and turn to the right :hatsoff:

I have the regular remote key that comes with the SR5. If your dealership is decent, you should be able to bring it back over and have them do this for free. If they try and charge you, take 'em out back and rough 'em up a little :bash::boxer:

I bought mine at Burnsville Toyota in MN. Can't remember my service guys name who set it up though:nono:

A week before I took delivery of my 4runner I printed the pages of the onlin e owner's manual of this list, circled all the things I wanted changed, then faxed to the dealer. When I took delivery, all of the items had been changed (I was not expecting them to do the seat belt chime, so was really glad they did that - no chime now, but a light blinks for the driver if not buckled, and also one for the passenger if not buckled - I like it this way).

Mike, if your truck is coming in a few days, the salesman you're dealing with should have the VIN. You could just email/call him and get it from him. That's what I ended up doing so that I could set up insurance in advance (and the added bonus of registering for the toyo owners website).
