Sorry, everyone! Totally forgot to update this thread. I got asked to volunteer with a few other overland rigs to feed some families/kids at a shelter in Orange County. About a dozen of us are setting up our rigs like we're camping (tents, cooking gear, etc.) and cooking for all the people at the shelter.
Unfortunately, the event is the same weekend as when I originally planned to do this Anza run. However, the weekend after, the 20th to the 22nd, I'm planning on finally getting out to Anza to lead anyone. @oc_overland and I might do a joint trip that weekend, too.
im out, truck was totaled last month
Don't think I'm gonna make it out, ordered my soft top a few days ago, lead was 2-3 weeks. And it'll be way too hot for my little in the back with the hard top on.
So take it off like you did for calico you smuck...you guys can stay in my awning room and I will sleep in the rig or vise versa it dont matter to me ...thats not a good enough excuse now.

Bunch of haters round here:fish:
Hahah
It is off ya dickhead.... there's no shade for the passengers, def can't leave little man at home again and def not gonna let him roast in the direct sun for 2 days.
So I ordered one of these but it won't be here in time
