Damage report:

Just pulled the 3 front skids and dumped about 10 lbs of mud on the street. Bent all 3 aluminum skids, along with a nice bend in my steel gas skid. Sliders got worked on both sides front to rear. Knocked my exhaust off a hanger, destroyed a valve so I can't get more than 30 psi into that tire. Surprisingly belts and pulleys all look and sound okay. Good bloody times. Hahha.

I was having fun doing it too. hahah. I was first through both obstacles in Sandstone. Pretty sure the front skid damage was from Death Valley too, I just looped it in because I finally pulled it off. The rest of the skids were definitely from Anza.

Think we hung back, but thinking back I honestly can't remember, hahah. I know we turned Spartan around in it and his sliders took off a chunk of that rock.

That's quite the injury list! I'm hoping the rain lets up long enough tomorrow to check the underside of my rig. I know it took at least a couple of good hits. Until then, I get to sort out the 5 DTCs that showed up this week. I'm going to go ahead and blame them on the trip.

Took this storm as a free opportunity to clean off the mud, glad I waited. Found my self a nice flooded street and hit the highway for little bit, pretty much 90% clean now. And also realized my steering wheel is off by almost a 1/4 turn lol.

Drove to work in it earlier so hoping I water blasted the bottom pretty good. Been pouring ass in Irvine all afternoon.

Been waiting for the mud to clean off, hahah. I'll take some pics of the sliders and bumper tomorrow if the weather breaks long enough.

Not the first time I backed into a boulder lining up, haha. Those things are hard to see. Helps that I really don't care though.

Dude, yeah, I must have missed that conversation. I only talked to him briefly and knew that he did video for a living, but I didn't realize he was doing a full blown article on the trip.
