ARB bumper turn signal ideas

I recently purchased a used ARB bumper. The turn signals are busted and I'm looking for a few ideas on replacement. Should I just buy the ARB replacements or go with something else?

Is it just the actual lens that broke or just the bulbs? I've still got the amber lens that I replaced with clear ones if you want

I always thought sequential LED's would be cool. Thinking about putting some on my bumper.

It was some time back, but I think a member on YT found some housings from car that fit in the arb turn signal location and it used a dual filament 7443 bulb. Which stayed lit as well as blinked for turn signals.

A guy asked me about this via PM awhile back... I just quoted my replies here.

I remember when I was researching the clear lenses that I read a thread on one of the forums that indicated these lenses were the same as those used on a certain model of VW or Audi... something like that, and that they could be had easily and cheap.

Also, Gamiviti sells the clear lenses for $30 a pair on their website...

I did a quick search and found a few threads.... check these out... Apparently the lenses are for a European VW Golf MK2.

Cj80cruiser, I have some orange ARB lenses, clear bulbs, and aftermarket housings that fit the bumper. I picked up some clear ARB turn signals a while back, but I just reused my original housings and swapped lenses and bulbs. PM me if you are interested.
