My current plan is to do an E locker retro fit. Today I broke something in my rear end so I need to do it ASAP. At half the cost of an ARB I think its the way to go for me.

Not to talk you out of it but after researching on several different occasions (when I start second guessing myself) I've always come back to ARB. Granted it's not the most cost effective I always fall back to the strength and reliability aspects of the ARB.

You have to do both gears... Front and rear. And they have to be the same gear ratio. You can not run a 456 in the back and a 488 up front ect. When you saw the front/rear you probably misunderstood them referring to the locker itself. Some people only want the rear locker or some only want the front...

So I will be receiving 4.56 for both front and rear even though I am still not going with the front locker? I just want to understand. I was figured that I had to do both for it to match. I have a good understanding of everything else and understand what gearing does but seemed to have gotten confused here and there. Thanks!

Lockers don't matter with gears in our trucks... You can run no lockers, full lockers or any combination of lockers with any available gear ratio. The only thing that is a requirement is for the gears to be matching. Gears must be done in matching pairs(if 4wd/awd) where as lockers can be done independently/separately at any time. It is ideal to do everything at once due to cost savings but that's not always possible

lockers: RD 193 (rear)
compressor: high-output /w manifold
gears: none
