are free wheel hubs simple bolt on ?

sorry for the RTFM question but hey I tried to bring something to the table already so here goes nuttin

Q?: are locking hubs a bolt-on mod for a 2gen '95 with the ADD 7.5 front axle, currently wearing those solid flange hubs.

If it's like the 3rd gens then it's not that simple and requires a new CV axle, new hub, and various other new parts. From memory I'm thinking only the knuckle and bearings were interchangeable but I might be remembering wrong and the 2nd gen might be different than my 3rd gen was.
 
I have heard warn are decent but if you can grab a set of Asisns rebuilt or not, they are simple to rebuild, grab those over the warns; Asisns will go forever

after the very pleasant surprise how easy it was to remove the axle shaft,
it does look like free wheels should be a bolt on assembly between the shaft and hub.

good point on the mpg pick up, no longer spinning all that parasite mass up front.
Probably make the aussie easier to live with also

now, if any one knows where my damn phone went this AM, I'd probably be out checking them

yippie got my hubs

they were assembled a little wrong but complete and not bad condition on visual inspect. The craiglister selling the hubs had a half dozen or so, if any one else is looking to add pm for contact. Had to sort thru them as a couple had sealing faces hammered up in due to a vermiscious previous owner.

FSM suffers from a little japengrish & vague drawlings regarding proper assembly, I'll post some assembly pics now that Im a 'pro'lol
