Are these OEM?

Hi Crew

Buying a 2016 TE with 13k on it, and I noticed the switches for the heated seats. They look nothing like the ones ive seen online pretty much everywhere (dealer pics, pics on here, online reviews, etc).

Can anyone tell me if these are OEM?

They don't match my factory heated seat switches. They were standard on limited so I know mine are factory, those look like either something the dealer installed or the previous owner.

I wouldn't rule out the truck based on that, heated seats are a fairly common aftermarket add on.

I have a 2015 TE and although these switches are in the same exact spot as my seat warmer switches, they look nothing like mine. In fact, they look exactly like these aftermarket seat warmer buttons https://www.amazon.com/Tech-Era-Carbon-Heater-Setting/dp/B008D2LIRG/

Is the owner not available to ask? Or is this a dealer ad you're looking at online? Also, I'm curious as to why a TE has aftermarket seat warmers as it's my understanding the TE comes stock with them.

Having the dealer check them out before i go and sign on the dotted line tomorrow.

Any recommendations as to what i should ask for? Tested? Inspected? etc???

Here's factory for reference. Just make sure the material is properly attached to the seat. Not sure how they attach on 4runners but some use hog rings and some installers don't get them right.

I'll ask the dealer. I already called the sales guy im working with, asked him to have them checked, tested, any documentation on them, etc. I thought the Trail Premium came with the warmers, as the Trail does not...i think?
