Are these TRD Tundra springs?

I bought these springs from someone on here and installed them this past weekend and didn't really think about it until now. The springs on the left are the stock 2001 springs and the one on the right is the TRD tundra spring. Aren't they supposed to be progressive? They don't look like they are. The color codes are correct but I wonder if I've been ripped off. Could someone please tell me if this is what the TRD tundra springs look like because they sure don't look like progressive rate to me!

I think thats what they all look like. Whats the color code on the other coil? I have tundra coils and they look the same. They can still be progressive if the coil is tempered differently from top to bottom. My guess is that the bottom portion (opposite of how its standing in your photo) is harder, and toward the top the coil gets progressively softer. I know people say theyre progressive, but Ive never seen that info. Not saying I dont believe it, but out of curiosity Id like to see where Toyota says it

Should be y/t and y/b. They look like my Tundra TRD springs. I never knew you could tell a spring was progressive by looking at it.

The springs are yellow/yellow and yellow/blue. The color codes were right just wasn't sure if they were standard Tundra springs that someone changed the paint codes on to make a few bucks. Usually progressive rate springs you can tell because the distance between the coils changes from top to bottom or bottom to top. They are tightly wrapped which makes them soft in that area, and then larger spaced which makes them stiff.
It's too late now as the springs are on and I'm not about to take them off unless they ride like crap but just wanted to confirm what I had. I would also like to know what the difference between the TRD springs and the standard ones really is.
FYI I ended up with 1 1/2" in the front with the lowest perch and 2 1/2" in the rear with the 10mm spacer. Looks good and will post some poser pictures later!

Theres a thread about the difference between the trd and non trd coils somewhere. I thought it was on yotatech, but Im not seeing it there. Anyways the guy has tried several different combos of tundra coils on his 3rd gen, and his conclusion was that theres not much difference other than the trd coils sitting like .5" higher than the non trd coils. I think he said the ride was almost identical. Right now I have a set of 2x4 tundra coils sitting in my garage which I had installed on my 4runner a while back for about a week. They sat at the same height as my stock 98 coils and rode really soft. It was actually a really nice ride, but not what I was going for. For ride quality alone though, man it rode like a Cady

What happened to Performance Products?

Not sure. But for being progressive rated coils they were REALLY stiff. Though they were the perfect ride height imo. Lifted just over 2" in the front and around 2.5" in the back.
