ATF Change Intervals for Normal Service Only

I decided to not do multiple drain and fills. See this thread https://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/308518-drain-fill-not.html?highlight=drain+fill It has a graph with the formula you want. I posted a comment in that thread explaining why I do not drain and fill.

I am still on the fence of which method to go with. Lots of different theories and ideas out there.

Seems easier to just replace all of the fluid every 100k miles. A funnel and hose down to the fill port makes the job easy, done it 3 times on my current 4runner and twice on my previous 2nd gen Tacoma.

I haven't done it on my 4Runner yet but I did do that on my previous FJ Cruiser. I was surprised at how easy the job ended up being. It was just a little tedious because I'd pump out/replace 2 quarts at a time but otherwise it was easy.
