audio display on?????

Does anyone know how to keep the audio display on a 2013 with nav???? I put the radio on and the display only stay's on for a short time then turns off..... is there any way i can keep that display on all the time?????

there is, its within the display settings. You have to do it when the vehicle is not in motion. I forget what its called. lol. might be screen switch or something along those lines.

I fixed mine, it's not intuitive at all, but it can be done. I'll go tinker w/ it this afternoon and then post back.

I believe it has something to do with not activating the map properly/agreeing to the disclaimer before putting the vehicle in motion. Simply hit the "Map" button then on the NAV display screen hit "Show Map." Once you are done that, then hit the Audio button and the radio/satellite screen should stay on.

Is it the JBL system?

I had the same problem with mine, it was a simple change of setting in the head unit. You should have a separate manual just for the nav system, not the owners manual, I found it there. Good luck.

Thanks for all the help guys it was pretty simple fix after reading a novel on the truck lol

For anyone looking on how to do this its under General set up under auto screen change all you have to do is switch it to off....
