I have the ipod hooked up through the kenwood kca-ip300v adapter. The adapter is very easy to install because it connects the to existing usb cord on the back of the unit. I love my this system as well. I watch movies off the ipod also.

Well I had my Pioneer AVIC-D3 installed yesterday at circuit city (i don;t have time to do it myself right now)

They installed the unit its self, XM, bluetooth, steering wheel controller and Ipod for $247.00

I am very impressed with this pioneer unit. I don't really think that it would of benefited me if I would of went with the Eclipse or the Alpine which are the other two units I was considering. This unit does everything I wanted and more.

Very sweet deal from Crutchfield.

Even Steven,

I can't tell on your pictures, could you tell me how far the unit sticks out. ie what is the distance from the adapter face to the the edge of the unit (screen face)? My 6600 has always stuck out a little further than I like, about 1.25 inch, I've been thinking of adjusting it but the bracket will need some serious mod to do so. I could also update to the 6620 if it skicks out less. Thanks.

I need a copy of the 6620 disk to upgrade my 6610.
I purchased a XMDirect2 that claims to work with the 6610 but it is not recognized. I want to try the later disk.

I will pay $25 plus shipping. This seems to be the going rate for copies.
