Aug 6 Run, Corral Canyon OHV
Trails and what to expect:
1. Pancake Rock via Carveacre Trail - Carveacre Trail is a 5 mile long trail (an hour each way) that is SEVERLY-rutted and that culminates in a steep slab rock climb onto a huge huge rock top!
2. Sidewinder - Corral Canyon OHV, (
Sidewinder - Dirtopia, the Off-Road Encyclopedia) Sidewinder is one of the more difficult trails at Corral Canyon OHV. It offers some rock-climbing, a drop-off, often referred to as The Slide or the Waterfall:jaw drop: and challenging off-camber stuff. This is a very narrow trail at places which means your vehicle WILL become one with nature's tree branches (small) and tall bushes and maybe even a rock wall obstacle. No water crossings at this time.
