August 2016 Meet and Run ...Idea Plan

You can weenie list me for the next couple months too. Gotta start planning desert trips and I need to save the gas/food/beer money I blow on runs to pay off the recent mods.

I'll be running Jawbone to Lake Isabella next Thursday (18th) and staying at a hotel in Kernville until Saturday (20th) if anyone wants to roll though. Plan is get some rr at the lake, the river, and drive up to the giant seqouias and maybe check out Sherman Pass into Monache Meadows. No plan really, just hanging out with my son on our last vacation before school starts.

I'll be up at Troy Meadows this weekend - Fri to Sun with a small group of heeps. You're welcome to tag along with us if you wana move your trip up a week. We're gona do some night wheeling friday and a day run saturday.

Wish I could. My son's last week of summer camp is this week, then has next week off. My mom is watching him the first half the week, then to give her a break we're splitting for the second part of the week. You'll have to let me know how the conditions are up there. I'll likely be solo so I don't plan on any crazy wheeling.

Oh no kidding?..Well you must not have heard recently is that whole area has been shut down to all motorized vehicles due to recent developments with no reopen dates determined as of now....good luck brotha. I dig on that area, it's been awhile for myself.

But luckily for you now you won't have to miss out on the August Run.
