This sounds cool! I always want to check out death valley. I seriously need to make some schedule changes. I'm going to try and see If I can change schedule. Turkey feast afterwards sounds good! I'm loosely in Drunner.

Sounds like you just need to claim your spot and tell [MENTION=123332]Drunner97[/MENTION] your in straight up making you 5 and then numbnutz [MENTION=133319]MACT4R[/MENTION] would "loosely" (like beat up 5 dolla whore) would make 6. Leaving Drunner97 with 4 slots over on Tacoma world.
People are gonna fall out "something came up apparently" ...a wedding, concert tickets, daughters dance recital, my sons playoff game etc etc...things that just all of a sudden pop up ..it happens.

Like I'm sure will happen with you and Mac ...being the first two names on the o'l WEENIE List .. hahahaha but that's ok cause once he post it and things get going and all the talk gets people wanting in on these type of trips and your two spots will get filled easily especially a Death Valley trip.
So might as well claim it now ...just in case hell actually freezes over and you guys make it . Lol

Yeah I posted it in the SoCal section you poked around at it I ended up getting 5 or 6 people from T4R to go and there was the same amount from Tundra Talk

And that's why I'm glad to have met you Miah and glad to call you my friend. You love to put shit in real terms, hahaha.

Yes. I'm hoping to keep this a small group, but at the same time I'd love it if everyone could roll. I also realize that it isn't realistic for everyone to take time off during the week, especially towards the end of the month and right before a major holiday weekend. I just happened to mention it to a Tacoma buddy, and he took it a notch further mentioning frying a turkey. Pretty sure at some point someone mentioned a keg too, but that's a little unrealistic although I have no doubt we could make it happen.

I've made a lot of good friends and met a lot of great people through TW and T4R. I've said it before and I'll say it again that I'd love to put together a mixed TW/T4R group. However, I don't know anything about Death Valley and I don't know how that translates for big groups which is why I'd like to keep it smaller. Like I said, I have 2 Tacomas, Me, Miah, and now [MENTION=109205]mwray8909[/MENTION] on the roster. The Tacoma guys have seen me talking about it for a couple months now too so if they haven't piped up by now, they're losing spots!

At this point, with Mike as a potential, I'll call it 5 total and 1 maybe (with Mike having first dibs on an open spot) If Mike drops out, then that opens up for a secondary "in" once I hit 10. Will have more details soon but I'll keep all you guys posted.

Hey man that hurts.... you miss one run and they never forget. Lol I'm kidding. But the nice thing is I have a government job that gives me a few liberties. So once we have a hard set in stone schedule let me know so I can set the time off.

And yeah you don't wanna miss a trip like this Death Valley is something to experience by itself but experiencing it from behind the scene's (BackRoads) wheeling in this remote area is an amazing experience, there's just something about it.
To actually do all of Death Valley and its trails takes about 4 trips each a week long. Do it in sections North section of Death Valley , East section ,West,South etc it's that freakin big of an area to cover and every section has its own unique story, sites, history, views and TRAILS!!!

Hahah. Yeah. Thought this DV Thanksgiving run was going to be mostly TW because that's where the planning started and I had a lot of guys talking about being interested, but so far there's been more interest out of T4R about it.

So far:

TW - 2
T4R - 4

I'm capping it at 10 rigs. I really don't want this to become some huge week long fiasco because there are too many people.
