Light Bar is done as well as the jig. All test fits are completed. ChuckNorris picked his up on Friday for the last test fit and all went as expected. There should be some pic's up soon when he gets it all painted/ powder coated and installed...so bug him now:boink: just kidding.

We also managed to mock up a set of our side steps for those who are interested. We will need, in the future, a couple of different 4Gen. 4Runner's for a test fit. The ideal vehicle will have the running boards removed and ready for fitment when pulling up.

Again, a big THANK YOU! to ChuckNorris for spending more hour's than was originally intended. But I think he liked hanging out with us...even though we're sarcastic as hell....thanks again Gary! uh.uh.uh..I mean Ryan.

Ryan, how's the lite bar coming along? If you had pictures of it seperate from the 4Runner with powder coating before the install, that would be something to post up as well. Just throwing a thought out there.

Finally had some one come in for the 12+ Tacoma Lite Bar as well. Took pictures of it with a good camera this time, so those are the ones I think we're gonna use on the website.

Anyhow, post up Ryan, if you would with any progress.

Haven't tested it off-road yet.

Its really not made to go bashing into stuff or taking the weight of the vehicle, but I leaned and pulled on it with little flex if at all.

an accidental slip off a rock while off-road should'nt be a problem. It does reduce approach angles somewhat, but its not an issue with a lift and tires (which I dont have yet)

Ooohhh.....it does look sexy! I can see we did put the light tabs on there, couldn't remember if we did or not. I think if you pulled it out and shot it, it might give more of a perspective.

We have had customers say they've hit a tree and various other things, one even said, in a parking lot a car cut it a little to close pulling into a parking space and the only thing she hit was the light bar. But, in his words: the truck rocked violently and open the passenger side of her car from the begining of the rear door all the way to the trunk like a can of sardines.". He thought there'd be more damage to his YOTA but only scratched the paint on the light bar.

The cost, I've been told $400.00 - $425.00. But there's a holiday discount available right now. I posted it in an earlier post. We do accept PayPal...I must say this though, we are slammed with a bunch of orders that'll take us past the holidays to complete. We/ I/ Avid...I think I covered it, do have pictures of the 2012 Tacoma with the new round fogs as well. Maybe something Toyota will let trickle over to the 4Runner in the next refacing..? If so, we're prepared.

And nice catch on the white TACO...that's actually an in house truck we use to fabricate some of the custom bumpers and what not on.
