Not to belabor this frequently posted mod but I learned a few things doing the install that might help others.
First, I ran the cooler hoses through the bulkhead using the hole where the AC condenser lines run. This is a common method but I noticed in reading other postings that the installer had a problem fitting the hoses with a protective sheath through the hole. I bought a foot of hose that would be a tight fit over the cooler hoses. Actually slightly too tight (any larger diameter would prevent getting through the hole) to force over the cooler hose, so I cut two lengths of about 4" and slit the two pieces length-wise then zip-tied the sheath in the correct place on each hose and worked both through the bulkhead hole. You can see that in the photo.
Second, it was a b$tch getting the old hoses off of the steel transmission tubing. Getting the old clamps off really sucked but after I did, I used a terrorist's hijacking weapon of choice, the box cutter, to slice the old hose length-wise making it very easy to remove.
Third, getting the new hoses back on the transmission steel tubing is very awkward and difficult to push all the way back on. In fact, I could only get each hose on about halfway after lubing them with trans fluid. And the install of the new clamps is no picnic either.
Hopefully this might help a future install.
