Backup cam and dash light ?

This might be in the owners man but I haven't been through all 700 pages yet! Is there a way to prevent the dimming of some of the dash lights when the headlights are turned on during the day?

Also, is there a way to adjust the brightness or contrast of the backup camera display? It's pretty washed out when it's bright and sunny. Looks better at night. On the 2013 it is not in the mirror - it's on the center dash display screen.

Secondly - and I've always wanted to be the one to say this - RTFM:gun5: (Read the Manual)

And lastly - :becky: You can have the dashlights on full blast by using the dimming wheel on the left hand dashboard - just move it all the way up and at the very top there is a "clicked" position that makes them stay on full brightness.

As for the rearview camera, all of the Entune T4Rs have it appear on the center display screen (mine is a 2k12 and does this) - if you hit the physical "Setup" button, there are some display settings in there that do exactly what you're looking for I believe.

But even if you roll up the dimmer to high and past the "click," certain lights are going to still be less dim then when lights are "off"; your compass/time/temp display, as well as, the temp controls. This does drive some folks nuts.
