Backup Camera cable part number

I have a 2017 4Runner. I installed a rear bumper with tire and fuel can carrier and it's blocking the backup camera.

I didn't want to tear out the existing camera, etc. so I ordered a camera and the short cable that plugs into it.

The camera was easy to find the part number, but the cable was difficult, so I ordered it through my local dealer's parts counter.

It's been six weeks and still hasn't arrived. I now have the part number, so I ordered it through ToyotaPartsDeal and canceled the dealer order. Came in few days and was cheaper.

So, I tapped into the harness after it passed from the door into the body, above the door. It uses 4 wires. I was able to trace the wires used by color and pick them out of all the others. Finally, cutting them was a bit nerve racking... I then ran the extension down inside the interior Pannels on the driver's side then outside under the body and back up through some split loom to the tire carrier. I used Cat 5 patch cable since that's what I had. I will probably need to replace it and when I do, I'll take some photos. It has worked well but I have had problems with water intrusion where I spliced the pig tail and cat 5 cable. I need to find a better way to do that. I may use this for the splice....
