Bad Vibrations

Pinion angles are good. I'm stumped. It starts at 55 mph while under power and continues up to 75 mph. It doesn't go away at 75, but goes to a higher pitch that is less audible/felt. If I let off the gas it almost goes away. I can get it to do it at lower speeds if I really get in the gas. I'm stumped.

I've been experiencing a similar vibration for some time now. It occurred when I had the OEM shocks and springs, non XREAS. I have since replaced them with OME springs and shocks for a lift and leveling. Still going on.
I'm running the OEM limited 18" wheels and Bridgestone Dueler A/T REVO 2 in stock size. They've been road-forced balanced by Toyota, and my alignment has been done twice.
Typically happens at highway speeds, feels like my front wheel(s) have a slight flutter or are unbalanced. Really annoying. Front and rear brakes have been done in total as well. New calipers, the whole shebang. I have the Lexus driveshaft installed as well...

My next steps will be to replace the intermediate steering shaft. After that, if nothing improves, I'm just living with it. I do recall some Lexus TSB about fixing a vibration from a transmission mount or something. I may go down that road if I get frustrated enough.

I also have this problem. It feels like it's wheel hopping. It does it randomly while I accelerate normally. Doesn't do it above 40MPH but randomly from 10MPH to 30MPH. When it start to vibrate, i can stop it by letting off the gas and it will stop and continue to press on the gas. Drives normally after that. Still trying to find answers.

I have the 60-70mph driver floorboard vibration also. 170k on mine. Haven't checked my front suspension components just yet. But my driver side inner cv boot is spitting grease from the clamped end (boots intact). Might be that pinion bearing everyone talks about.
Interestingly enough I did think it was the exhaust and have stumbled across a post where it was. A month ago it turned into a rattle and one of the clamps that is attached to a welded on exhaust heat shield under the driver side had snapped off. I took it off but the vibes are still there.
