Battery question

I went ahead and ordered the 90w solar panel from solar land.... Will pick up a 31M tomorrow from sears... With the sale and the coupons, I can get one for 192.89 which I think is a decent price... Also upgraded the direct connection from the ARB plug to the battery to 8 ga

I think this should work

Hurry and order two sets of battery post adapters from Remy Battery on line. They come in sets of two but you need one in each size. This makes it MUCH easier to run the battery connections. This battery is HUGE and stretches the battery wires a lot trying to reach the regular posts. Have to bend a lot of metal and it's still a tight fit. The post adapters will allow you to have to do a lot less bending of the metal attached to the battery clamps and not stretch the wires nearly as much.

You may also want to order a group 31 battery holder as well. This thing is big and heavy. Need something solid to hold it down.

Please post pictures of the battery install. I'm considering this myself but wonder about space.

This showed up today courtesy of Brown... It looks well made and sturdy... Didn't realize how heavy they are... Will have real world testing in the upcoming weeks as I go camping and head down to Expo in Asheville, NC

It's a Solarland 90w suitcase set up with included charge controller.. 2x45 panels
