I jacked up my paint job last weekend offroading on both sides of the truck, front...to...all..the..way...back. Thank goodness the autobody shop takes care of military folks. They rubbing compounded it but still some/several scratches remain. Good thing silver doesn't show as much as other colors. Also the metal mesh to the KDSS needs to be repaired as it got pushed in on the front axle.

Heck of an offroad trip, I said all this because misery loves company!

Mine rubs the coil on the left front? We grinded the coil down a little. The right side is clear by an inch and a half. No offroading in it yet. have overland warehouse lift. Swaybar is hollow so you cant grind it. was wondering this question myself.

I wouldn't grind anything...

If you don't have KDSS you should have received some sway bar relocators.

It doesn't show that on there site? Was not in my box for sure. I have a limited non KDSS which they knew. I will call them though on Monday.

The 2010 front swaybar is bend in the middle to clear the new oil filter assembly. The bend is not on the middle, so pretty normal.

The OW 2.0 kits do not come with relocators. We have however found that if the Light Racing arms are used the balljoint needs to be pushed in a 1/4" as they sit a bit wide. This causes the alignment shop to push the lower out too wide that can cause contact with the coilover and swaybar.

See our tips under the installation instructions on our site.
