Best brand of hook loop fasteners to use on the interior?

Does anyone have a long term durable solution to mounting radios/scanners etc non permanently to the textured surface of our interiors without it peeling off over time? I have tried 3M brand and Velcro branded velcro and they all seem to peel away after about a month of use when my scanner is on there.

I have had velcro that had ridiculously strong adhesive backing before when I peeled them off my ballistic helmets but I don't believe those are off the shelf products.

Any advise? I've always cleaned it with alcohol before sticking on a new strip. But seems like our textured interior does not take adhesives very well.

I am currently trying the 3M dual lock with their acrylic adhesive version versus the rubberized clear adhesive version. So far it is holding strong. Way more sturdier than regular velcro. Will see if this is the winner.

Depending on what I am trying to attach - if the device has it's own bracket like a Sirius radio or GPS then I cut a small square of plastic (like plexiglass) and mount that with the 3M trim tape that was designed to hold car parts together. I then have a nice clean place to mount the device. Never come loose in various vehicles
