Best Color for Trail Edition?

I am in early phases of shopping for a Trail Edition 4runner. What would be the best choice for color, and why?

Black is fastest. Aside from that, it is just personal choice. I went to pick up a silver one and came back with red.

Beat color for trail would be blizzard pearl. But it's REALLY expensive.

You're buying a trail which means offroad. Silver will show the least dirt and scratches.

I wanted a black one, but fell in love with classic silver when I saw it. Bonus, it stays a little cleaner looking compared to the black. Of course I cant seem to stay away from mud which doesn't help.

I live on a dirt road (by choice). Silver is the color that shows the least amount of dust and dirt. I vacillated back and forth between charcoal and silver, before deciding on silver. No regrets.

I use a "California Duster" between hand washes to keep my silver paint looking like a 10!

Quick question...why did you vote black after buying silver? Availability? Not liking silver after owning? Other?

I own a silver but really like the mag grey, the red, and the blue. Silver is better for the desert heat imo.

I agree with the reasons for silver, but I went with Salsa Red as looks best at a distance and I could really care less how good it looks up close.

Where do you live? I ask because if your in the sun-belt white is always a great choice for keep cool. If heat deflection is not a concern, then I'd suggest silver. It loos great and doesn't show the dirt like white or black.

I have yet to see a white trail edition here in Phoenix, AZ...but I really like silver or black.

Mine is dirt colour. I have four months to go before it gets it's annual wash.

Mine is Mag Grey, Plastic dipped all the plastic chrome I couldn't debadge, Plastic dipped the alloys and tinted the glass. Painted is covered with desert pin stripes and it's all good.

I vote for Salsa Red only because I have one and it was the only available TE in the 5 state southern region when I bought it. I saw someone on this forum who had done a TE conversion on a white LE that really looked good. If they made the TE in white, that would be my choice.
