Best suspension for 285/70R17 wheels (or little larger)?

I think front coils OME883, rear OME895E + Вilstein 5100S. Are there any better offers?

Need ground clearance about 11-12 in. to compete with such a monster.

I would go with the OME light kit, your probably not going to have access to all the fancy coil overs we have in the US, especially with service issues. ARB is a world wide company that could get you all set up.
