what is the biggest tire I can go with on my 2014 limited with a toytec boss lift without rubbing? Im looking at the diff between new wheels and current 20's. the K02's are out for 20's also.

Well considering a 20" tire is smaller than the factory tires, it won't even fit on the vehicle. (the distinction being your thread is asking what 20" tall tire fits, where as your question is what is the largest rim that fits on a 20" rim.)

If you're asking what the largest tire you can put on a 20" rim, then you could see what size will work for you from this thread I found:

Thanks 1Engineer! (This forum suddenly does not like the At-Sign in posts anymore...)

Most will say ditch the 20's and put on 17's. Listen to them!!! I have 20's on mine and tires are pricy and the selection is very limited! At the time I bought 20 I was keeping it mostly a street ride, then I went off road and loved it. Stuck with my XD Hoss 20X9 -12 offset wheels I have since run a 275/55/20 - not much rub, think I just needed the fender liner mod and had a 3/4 toytec spacer lift. Then that wasn't enough and I added 275/60/20 Cooper ATP and 5100's at the top and it rubbed like hell so I had to do the BMC, TC UCA's to push caster to +4 and was rub free after some more trimming in the fender well. Then I wanted more tire because well I wanted more tire and now think it looks like it should and I have a little more sidewall to work with. So I now am running 275/65/20 (34.1) BFG TA/KO and switched to Radflo Coil Overs and had to trim the bottom lip of the bumper cover a lot to be rub free! My ground the bottom of the fender measurement is 40.0" up front and 40.7 in the back. It really depends on what you want to do with it, just thought I would share my experiences.

So I'm looking at the new K02's and I'm 90% sold on the Gunmetal MK6's for my truck. I was going to go with 285/70/17 but they have 275/70/17 for the K02's on tire rack for 208 each. Thoughts?

I only went 275 because they are dead flush with the fenders and don't throw as much debris on the body panels. That's up to you.

Got my truck back and ordered wheels and tires. Went with Level 8 MK6 -12 offset 17x8 with 295/70/17 Terra Grapplers. Will have pics posted by next weekend.

Good call sticking with a 17! Good luck and happy cutting the rubs away if you have any. Just remember "it's not custom if your not cutting"

That's going to look great. Between the 295's (wider and taller than most have on the forum) and the negative offset on the wheels however, expect some rubbing, even with the Toytec lift. Post pictures when you get it all installed!
