Looking to purchase a set next week as I am due for some new tires and wanting something a little bigger. My only question is, can I use the oem coils or will I need to get new as well? I've read yes and I've read no. Looking for the correct answer..

They're actually made for the factory coils if you get the right part number. That's what I ran for the first year after I installed mine.

Bilstein won’t warranty the shocks if you use any spring but the factory one. I know a lot of people use taller springs but Bilstein doesn’t want you too.

You absolutely can, and as has been said, they were designed to be ran with the OEM coils. I just installed 5100's on all corners, and would have used the stock springs, but I wanted a slight lift, so went with Dobinson's coils.
