Bilstein 5150 + stem adapter

Hi,

Has anyone used the Bilstein 5150 shock and the stem adapter (Bilstein p/n 192228)? Any problems encountered relating to the stem adapter?

Is there a specific position so the crossflow reservoir is not damaged?

Also, what does crossflow mean?
