I ordered new top coilover plates from amazon for 21 bucks each. They were KYB. Not worth the hassle removing and reusing old stuff as well as old coil bushing/isolator. Go check amazon fellas

O!!! Received my kit!!! Damn it’s beautiful! I did have a issue tho. Received the box with damage. Also the box to the rear shocks in the box were damaged. Items looked ok. I did wanna take precaution so I called Olathe Toyota to make them aware because what if something starts leaking or whatever. They said they notated it and refunded my shipping costs because of the issue.
I did the same thing on top hats. I decided to install later, so I ended up ordering a set of the same top hats. Makes swap much easier.

Anyone concerned with KDSS and this kit? Don't be!
I have the TRD Pro version of this kit. Its the same kit from everything I can tell, down to the rear rest mount.
I have the toytec top 1/2" spacer. Im sitting at 1.5" of front lift with both driver and passenger coils on the bottom setting. I did have to add a OME 10mm spacer in the passenger side rear due to lean. I'm within 1/8" now driver to passenger side.

Why did you have to add spacer Asugm? Why do you think this is happening? How tall are you sitting? Is it almost 3” of lift ? What size tires are you running?

I did not "have" to add it. I added it to give about 3/4" more lift and about the same in down travel. Its the most you can get down travel wise with stock UCAs, I installed, uninstalled, and then reinstalled the kit 3 times to get it where I liked it.
I had the toytec full kit first and drove it for a month. Uninstalled the toytec kit, drove for a month, then put the top plate spacer back in and its where "I" like it.
Suspension is subjective like many things and I like it this way but others may not. Ride is plush not firm or truck like, better than stock all around, but still has nose dive, otherwise it handles the stock weight well.
I have put of 30k miles on the kit with about 2.5k being offroad. No leaks no issues and the rear res mount is still holding strong.

I run a 255/80R17 Cooper St Maxx.

What I meant about the question, “ why is this happening was referring to the lean that you were having on your rig with the passenger side which cause you install the 10mm OEM spacer”. That was all.

Got it thanks, Its because I have KDSS. You can try to reset the system by bleeding the valves or something like that or add a spacer on the passenger side. Im sure you could put one on the driver side rear or have one of the front clips set higher like TRD Pros come with from the factory.

Pretty sure the 6112's come with a 14" 600 lb spring and these come with a 13" 550 lb spring. so your measurement will be different.
If you want 2.5 in get the Toytec kit it give 2.5 to 2.75 inches total lift in the front.

Might only be able to get the rear on today. I’m not sure exactly how to mount the resi holder other than the one angled bolt. Zip tie should hold until it can be figured out.
Edit: No idea why they are sideways. Every other forum I use has no issues with photos. They are automatically resized, correctly oriented etc.

I just bought the PTR 13-35140 kit from ebay to install on my T4R...tired of the front dive I get every time I hit the brakes and I figure why not lift too.
I want to add front spacer in front and lift the rear with sway away 1.5" lift coils.

The frame has that threaded hole, does the top bolt just not thread into the frame to keep it mounted like in this pic? Taken from another thread of a Pro.

Mine doesn’t have a threaded hole. Gonna see if a blind nut or something will work. The bolt goes in but there is nothing to hold it.

Edit: OK, mine are definitely threaded. Are you sure you're looking in the right place? Just for kicks, I took a look at my wife's Limited and Toyota used that threaded hole for the X-REAS lines.
