Black Rock Wheel Orders (Need help)

Hello everyone. First time posting here. (And first time owning a 4runner... which I absolutely LOVE, by the way!) I had a question:

Has anyone had a problem ordering Black Rock Wheels? I've been browsing 4runner.org for some time deciding which wheels to buy to replace the stock ones on my 2010 TE. Based on the many pics I've seen, I finally decided on the Black Rock Yumas (908B). The problem: I've ordered them and it's been SIXTY days and still nothing! Has this been anyone else's experience?

I'm generally not a complainer, but I'm thisclose to filing a report with the BBB! (I ordered from "4wheelparts.com", by the way.) I've called the company every two weeks since I ordered and each time I'm told: "I just called the manufacturer and we should be getting your wheels here at the end of next week". I finally managed to get a hold of a supervisor at 4wp who allegedly called the manaufacturer. The wheels are made overseas and he said they are en route and they have to pass through customs. Anyone wanna guess when he said that will be? Yep, two weeks.

This is ridiculous!! Is this the norm?

I haven't dealed with them myself. But if a wheel is being made out of states, than expect a long wait. Luckily I bought my set of Countersteers when they were in stock, people are waiting for Type X's on a waiting list thats over a 6 month wait. Good luck dude!

My second and last purchase from 4WheelParts turned into a gong-show. I'd check with the manufacture to find out if it's actually them.

What happened with 4wheelparts? I actually considered calling Black Rock directly but their website lists no direct telephone number.

My second purchase was the AFE intake. First of all they didn't ship it for two weeks. When I finally got a shipping notice it was for the wrong part. I had to reference a model number off the manufactures webpage to get them to send me the correct model.

Then when I was dealing with a warranty issue on my first purchase from them, a set of Rigid LEDs, they shipped the replacement without the correct shipping info. UPS wanted $50 in duties for a warranty replacement when it got here. I refused the package and dealt directly with Rigid who replaced it within a week or two.

4WP seems to want to help, they act like they are trying to help, but ultimately they just came across as incompetent to me.
