black T&H Eurotech Grille Guard

I emailed Westin a couple weeks ago about this 2.5" bar, they said they were not sure when it would be released.

When I got home today there was a catalog from Performance Products (performanceproducts4trucks.com) in the mail.
They list this 2.5" Westin bar for the 4R. Black-289.95/Chrome-379.95. I checked their website and it is listed there also, so it looks like it is now available.

Stay away from anything CHROME, it will eventually rust and you can't fix it.

I contacted a seller on ebay who sells this product for the tacoma and he says he already has stock of the 2.5" tube westin ultimate for the 4runner. are you sure the product is not out yet? now i'm thinking this ebay guy doesnt have stock yet and as soon as i order it he will tell me it will be in stock next month. I want to get either the westin or the t&h soon to avoid having to install it in the cold.

They are not available. Beware of ebay with items like this.

Thanks for the info jason. I'll just wait till you know they are really available. How much do you think they are going to cost? I'll probably get the black powdercoated with shipping to NJ zip code 07039. damn the waiting is going to kill me!

update - i just emailed autoseattle.com and they do not know when the item will be in stock either. so beware of stores or people that say they have it in stock. i wouldnt want anyone here to get the run-around after paying for a bull bar.

I like the Westin bar better than the T&H due to the cross bar, might give a little more protection.
But, I don't like the caps on the end of the cross bar, don't know why they can't just weld it and leave those end cap things off.
