Blackstone Labs likes my Kirkland Synthetic 0w-20

I will be doing a Blackstone oil test on my 2012 SR5 in about 1k miles. I am using Silver State 0w20 full synthetic oil. It's what my shop carries and it's free to me so I use it. I am curious to see how it holds up after 5k miles.

If it is visible to the naked eye, wouldn't it be caught in the oil filter?

The oil pick up tube isn't in the bottom of the oil pan, it is higher up so that it does not pick up the larger pieces in there. It also has a strainer, so at a certain size, it just won't be picked up by the oil pickup tube, and drain back into the bottom of the pan.

Hot then. I’ll consider the matter settled. As a former master tech, what is your opinion of the Fumoto drain valve, or similar?

I have them on 2 4Runners and my duramax. I love the fumoto.
