Blu-Logic Bluetooth volume issues

My 5th gen came with Blu-Logic installed from the dealer, assuming it was installed there or at the dock, not sure.. either way, I have googled everything I can, and haven't been able to find an answer for my volume issues.

mechanics of how blu-logic work.
- radio can be on or off when receiving / making calls.
- radio volume control does nothing with blu-logic. nada.
- volume is affected by volume setting of phone
- volumn is affected by volume arrows of blu-logic control on the center console (the up arrow or down arrow)
- Even with the phone volume all the way up, and blu-logic controls all the way up, it is not loud enough, I can hear some calls if folks are loud, or I am not driving at highway speeds, but if I'm driving I can barely hear.

Further, semi-related, I have found Pandora does work with the blu-logic from my phone. However, it makes blu-logic controls act different, where the Up Arrow, normally for volume, now controls the skip-song feature.. I can still control volume from the phone itself, but again way too low.

Pandora aside, my main problem is the phone volume, working as-designed, is not loud enough, with blu-tech volume and phone volume all the way up... is there some way to get into the deeper configuration settings of blulogic and set it to a higher default/median level so my max volume of blu-logic is at a higher level overall? I figure its a long shot asking here.. but thought I'd try..

Phone volume is controlled by the steering wheel volume control.

Streaming Pandora volume (and CD/XM) through the volume knob.

Up/Down arrows on driver's side scroll to next song when streaming music or when listening to CD/XM -- they don't adjust volume.

Does this help?
