You can post videos but not sure how to do it.
Most just post a link to a hosting site for videos.
There should be a slight buzzing/electric motor noise when you first turn on the ignition and then after every 3 depressions of the brake pedal as the motor builds up pressure again, but it should only run for about 10 to 15 seconds when it runs if everything is working normally.

Copy and thanks. I have a 10 second video I tried to add. No work. Not sure on a hosting site for videos here. Older type lol. But if someone walked me through I’d post it.

How about just the audio? Record the audio on your phone then upload that here. Audio is much smaller
If the sound is the ABS pump running after every brake application, the accumulator is not holding pressure. If the motor is going bad, the noise will be harsh metal on metal sound. In either case, not a difficult or expensive fix if you can accept used parts. I replaced my pump/accumulator assembly with junkyard parts for $60 and a couple of hours of my time. I used ebay to cross reference and found the part in a 2003 Lexus GS300.
