Breather mod help.

Looking to do the rear diff breather mod on my 2018 sr5 4 runner. Just trying to verify I’m buying the right parts since the last thread I’ve seen is 5 years old.
Are the parts in this post still the correct ones to use?

i would bring your breather and junction to where you are buying the fuel line and verify the diameter hose you need by test-fitting them on the parts. You can also choose to run the breather to the engine bay, which will of course require more hose.

Rear axle breather

Good write up. If I were going to do this again and spending a few more dollars was an option (worth the price), I'd go with the ARB breather kit. I'd run the lines up to the engine bay high on the firewall. It's filtered and will accept several lines. The front diff, transfer case and transmission breather are all located in the engine bay with breather caps like the one on the rear diff. They could all be routed to the ARB breather kit.

Good point about dropping the spare tire. I did that too. This job would be really hard if you didn't take a few minutes to get the spare out of the way.
