Bryantd85's Mod Thread

There won't be much building, but I still wanted a place where I could keep track of my mods and various adventures. My T4R is a 2015 XP.
This is how she looked from the dealership.

First 2 mods were installing LEDs for the low beam and fog lights with RaceSport LEDs.

A few days later I took it to a local body shop and had them smoke out the tail lights.

Few days later I ordered a set of LED interior lights. http://m.ebay.com/itm/281562708274?nav=SEARCH
All the lights fit perfectly except for the overhead dome light. It was a PITA and still has its fits of flickering.
Just a few days ago I took off the roof racks and had them painted black at a body shop. $50 and it was a steal. Exactly the look I wanted. Shout out to Kittyhawksurf for the inspiration (not to say there weren't many before him, I'm new here!)

I received my TRD pro lower valance today and put it on. Install wasn't too bad. The bumper came off easier than expected. My dremel skills are not what I was hoping they were, but good enough to get the job done. It took me about 2 hours to get everything done. Happy with the results!

Here's the after... Got a little reverse rake going on, so I've got a Rancho 1.5" rear spacer on the way. Hope I'm basically level afterwards.

Pardon my ignorance but what is an "XP?" Is that a local dealer package?

No ignorance at all! From what I've gathered, it's a Southeastern Toyota thing. It's basically a standard 2wd SR5. But the "XP" package includes rims and tires, running boards and blacked out badging and emblems. Here in Florida there isn't much wheeling to do, so it's the dealers way of trying to move some product. Before I went to the dealership, I had been browsing this site for a few weeks so I had an idea of how I wanted my 4Runner to look. So with the XP model, a fewof the mods had already been done. So it was an easy choice for me.
