BTW4Runner's 00 3rd Gen SAS Thread

[BTW4Runner]

The time has come to start my SAS build thread for my 2000 4Runner SR5. She will be getting a LP D44 from a Wagoneer, with Trail-Gear's SAS Kit A. I am currently compiling parts for the build, and plan on doing the work/fabrication myself with the help of my Dad.

- 890 OME Coils w/ Nitro Charger shocks
- Stock Control Arms F/R

- Stock drivetrain (280k)
- 4.56 Nitro Gears

- Addicted Offroad Front Tube bumper
- Savage Offroad Rock Sliders
- Stock Skid Plates

Wheels/Tires
- 305x70r16 Goodyear MTRs
- Mickey Thompson Classic II's
- 1.25" Spydertrax Wheel Spacers

Miscellaneous
- Smitty Bilt XRC8 winch w/ synthetic cable
- ARB High Output 12V Air Compressor mounted in engine bay
- Uniden Pro 520 XL CB radio mounted in center console
- DNA Bucket Seats
- Pioneer FH-X720BT
- Super 44 Muffler

Update:
IFS is gone. Grinding everything smooth and preparing to cut the frame. Up next is welding all the perches/mounts up and then bolting it all in. Also decided to convert the rear to leaf springs so I didnt have to deal with fabing up rear links/messing with rear suspension geometry. Plan is to be done around this time next week.

My buddy just used TG's 3-link kit on his.
It's hard to keep these at a reasonable height with a solid axle under them!

You said TG SAS kit, but I didn't see anything beyond that. Are you doing leafs? Linked and coilovers?

Yeah. Im hoping the springs settle a little bit more. Currently just under 26"
