Bumper bolt sizes?

Trying to fix a crooked bumper and in the process of trying to take it off, stripped the head on the top bumper bolt on the passenger side...Haven't decided what to do yet but I'm assuming torching it free would work best as there's no room under there for a drill...anybody know what size these bolts are off the top of their heads?

Most of the ones on the rear are m8 x 1.25 IIRC.

The front bumper bolts are M10 - 1.25. I recently replaced the stock one for grade 8 bolts
