Yes, I get them at a wholesale cost from work! I love them too!
These are finally in production (first run of 10 being made right now) - prototype shown below:
- followed by fronts later this year.
Once you get the protoypes made for the bumpers without a 1" BL... I'm very interested! I just don't want to run a BL on my truck. I have 33s and a Sonoran Steel Lift and this would look great!

Totaled my 3rd Gen last month right after I sent this.
Guess I’ll have to start looking for rear bumpers for my new GX470.

i may be interested in a non body lift one. what is the weight of these bumpers? do you plan to put together more detailed instructions? i dont understand some of the stuff on your site (the 40" piece of tubing and the need for a gas tank relocation bracket, despite not swapping tanks).
im also interested in more info on the swing out, although i will likely wait until more info becomes available.

this link doesnt work anymore FYI. im sure there are others. but this one takes you to a search and not the bumper itself.
i am after a lightweight bumper and id like to avoid aluminum if possible (due to cost and having to pay someone more $$$$ to tig it). im assuming i have to go tube bumper instead of plated to save weight. is anyone out there running a lightweight bumper that can point me in the right direction?
i am basically trying to avoid replacing the springs i got in my lift kit i just put on. at this point i would rather just buy front coilovers and be done with it than take them off and deal with spring compressors.
The bumper mounts to the gas tank relocation bracket and the frame. The 40 inch piece of tubing is for those that want to install a hitch for the bumper. He lists the shipping weight as 120 lbs so I would guess around 100 lbs.

113 pounds fully welded and painted. I have some pics of the hitch bar, give me a sec to upload it.

thank you. although why does it look like the last pic is a completely different setup?
the first 3 pics have a piece of square tubing with a hitch receiver welded on top and two rectangle pieces with holes in them. the last picture shows a piece of metal welded in that has a"C" style extrusion and has a lift or offset in it. it looks like its a completely different setup.

The 40" tube is the hitch mount, that part gets welded into the bumper pieces. The f-150 tank mount has 4 nuts welded into it to mount the bottom half of the bumper to the f150 tank mount and the 4 side bumper bolts. The bumper itself is completely independent from the f150 mount minus the 4 horizontal bolts and 4 vertical bolts.
The 40" (don't cut the tube to 40" measure your distance first!) Tube is internal structural strength to the bumper. I was cornfused at first and had to figure it out while I was welding it all together. I don't know if I have better pics but I'll check. When I uploaded the pics they were in order but once uploaded they jumbled the pics.
That last pic with the raised center section is the f150 tank mount. I don't have any more pics. Had to finish vs stopping to take pics.

The bumper primary mounts (what the 2x2" tube is welded between) bolt through the rear crossmember after it is welded in place between the factory frame rails (the C channel in the last photo with the 2 vertical holes on either end)
- plus the 4 smaller horizontal holes along the bottom, as mentioned previously.
The 40" tube is actually 1020mm
