Bumper Measurements

Hello all,

Does anyone know the measurements of the holes that are drilled into the aluminum bumper which is exposed after removal of the front fascia bumper?

Trying to determine some mounting options and wondering if I fabbed a bracket if I could use those holes/how far apart the mounting holes would need to be on the bracket itself.
