I emailed Adam at 4xin a while back about asking how to modify the bumper to fit a body lift since I was thinking of doing one. He told me "The bumper is designed to fit only trucks without the body lift. This is mostly because of the lower flange that mounts the bottom of the bumper to the frame.*
I am looking into building them 2 inches taller to fit a 2 inch body lift. However that would be an all new bumper."
so if you talk to him I'm sure he might give you some insight onto if you can do a body lift with them .

I'm debating the same thing myself, but from the homework I've done I feel like the 4x innovations or a local fabricator you trust is the way to go. More affordable, more unique as they'll take requests for different hole locations/sizes, and from what I understand lighter too. I haven't heard of this being a problem, but I imagine unless you modified the suspension to match your bumper the extra weight out front could cause you to nose dive while you're braking.
Any recommendations for the install

Buy a sawzall and fine tooth metal blades if you don't have one and attack the frame end flanges from head on. I was able to retain the part of the flange that caps the frame this way.
You can disregard that if you are doing the end cap mod. I have not done this but for winching it is recommended:

After installing the brackets- to position it thread in all three bolts on each side but leave them loose and then use a jack and wood blocks to get it where you want it.

Yeah, anybody know what's up with that? They were working on a rear bumper and tweaking the design a little.....not sure if they got that worked out before removing all 3rd gen parts from their site.

I LOVE MY OUTDOOR LOGIC BUMPER!
I exchanged some emails with Jim a few days back, said he is having some production issues and is working though it. Outdoor Logic had a post on FB today "We are having site issues stay tuned... Making some changes and some major updates". From what I have seen the rear bumper and swing arm are complete. Yeah, they are the best bumpers I've seen, right in front of Shrockworks. Those two are just some of the priciest bumpers available to us, but they are pricey for a reason. ARB makes extremely durable bumpers. I can promise you that you'll love it. Good buy! Didn't know you had the coin for such a nice bumper. I would've made that recommedation.
