depends how much you need to replace. there is a larger crush zone behind the 99+ bumpers (hence the "fat lip bumpers"

but basically they can be swapped out but it depends on how much you need to replace behind there.

Yes you will pretty much need entire front bumper clip, all parts need swapped, like stated there is more than just bumber that needs swapped.

Look up [MENTION=74071]Brilliant[/MENTION] s mod thread. He did that job. And just and fyi, if you are close to a certifit go there for parts. I just had to buy a replacement bumper and balance and they were the cheapest.

All you need is the bumper and the bumper hangers for the appropriate year.

Lower valances are not intechangeble.

Crush bar is quite flimsy, i dont loose sleep about removing it/not replacing it.
