Bumper Tubing/Pre-bent pipe

Starting to get all my eggs in a basket to do my front bumper build over the week of thanksgiving. I am planning to do a single hoop in the front. I don't have a pipe bender, curious if anyone has a good suggestion for the best place to buy some pre-bent piping from?

I'm not looking for the full tube bend and all, just need the angle peices since I don't have access to a mandrel

Even with that, it's highly unlikely that your bend is going to be a standard 45 or 90, or other common angle. Parts made of tubing of any structure are meant to be one piece from end to end. That's why you can't find short bends like you might find for building a custom exhaust.

Get on a local forum/Facebook group or find a local club to find someone with a tubing bender that can help.

It'll won't look clean if you try and piece the hoop together, and wont be nearly as strong.

If nobody local to you has a tube bender, I would suggest contacting one of the offroad specialty shops online and getting a quote for a tube bent to your specs and shipped to you. Some already sell weld-on hoops that might work. Rusty's Jeep Custom Bumpers and Hoops

I've been designing a front bumper as well; the tubing is the most difficult part for me. I have no experience bending tubing and I don't have many local experts.

Nope, just googled them up.

When I was building my front bumper, I drew up what I wanted for the hoops. I sent the drawings to 4xInnovations, and they were able to bend the hoops for me, and ship them to me. It didn't cost that much either.

I used these elbows when building my roof rack. They worked well, but there was a lot of welding and grinding involved. It is an option if you don't have a bender.

Not exactly. For the 3 pieces of steel tubing, bending, and shipping, I think it was around $75.

You might try a local exhaust shop. They can usually bend the you know what out of pipe/tube.
