Buying Question SR5 4X4 vs TE-TPE 4X4

Thanks guys after hearing I think Ill go with the SR5. I married an Asian gal so we take road trips all the time from AZ to Cali. And I think the back seat would be more of a plus to my family than a e locking rear. And I dont know why I didnt realize the trail didnt come with the 3rd row seat option.

HiLater on when you have that remorseful twang in your gut that you should've gotten the Trail you can revisit this thread to make yourself feel better.

Or you could just get the Trail, some KO2s, a Gobi, and be part of the cool kids club.

Nah, skip the SR5 and TE cause they are for posers only. Get the TRD Pro because everyone wishes they purchased the Pro instead. A stock TRD Pro is more capable than any SR5/TE with $30k+ in mods. Truth.

I see you're in Tucson. I just bought my 2013 TE from precision toyota, and they've got another priced nicely. Have you thought of pre owned? I like the looks of the 10-13 trucks better personally.

I'd go with the SR5. I would've gone with the SR5 but there wasn't much "old" new stock left over from 2016. Everything around me were Trails and Limiteds. The 2016 TE that I have was cheaper than the new 2017 SR5s around me. Logical choice, for me, was pretty apparent at that point...

I looked at that toyota a PT and out the door price seemed high. I ended up getting a 2014 TP from vegas. Had some issues but everything worked out well.
I am very happy with my purchase. Getting some add on soon.
